About Mizanta
Mizanta is a coffee traceability and operational workflow platform designed to help organizations maintain connected records as coffee moves through intake, processing, storage, transfer and export preparation.
Why Mizanta Exists
Coffee supply chains often depend on disconnected spreadsheets, paper records and systems that capture only one part of the journey. As coffee is combined, divided, processed or transferred between facilities, maintaining a clear connection between origin records and the final export lot can become difficult.
Mizanta was created to help organizations preserve that connection.
The platform brings operational records into a structured workflow so users can follow how coffee entered the organization, how it was processed, where it moved, what documents support it and which source records contributed to a finished lot.

Mizanta does not attempt to replace every system used across the coffee supply chain.
It is designed to complement geospatial databases, farm-mapping platforms, certification systems, enterprise resource planning systems and regulatory reporting tools. These systems may establish or verify where coffee originated, while Mizanta helps maintain the operational chain of records after coffee enters processing and commercial workflows.
Mizanta supports recordkeeping and due-diligence preparation, but use of the platform does not by itself guarantee regulatory compliance, certification or acceptance by any authority or buyer.
Data Control and Access
Organizations remain responsible for the information they enter into Mizanta and determine who may access their operational records.
The platform is designed around organization-level separation, user roles, facility assignments and controlled external visibility. Buyer-facing information can be limited to the records an organization chooses to share.
Our Current Focus
Mizanta is focused on developing practical traceability workflows for coffee organizations and working with prospective partners on demonstrations, pilot implementations and product feedback.
Our aim is to build technology that reflects real operational conditions and strengthens traceability from intake through export preparation.
